Reservations and Deposit..

Deposits of 25% are due at time of reservations to confirm your hunt dates

Balance of hunt is due upon check-in at the ranch.

Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, Debit Card or Cash

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars - payments received in US funds will be credited at current exchange rates

Hunting safety

Three Bars Guides reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe.  Proper hunter safety is expected at all times in the field.  Proper gun storage is expected while staying here at the ranch.

Cancellations...

Cancellations must be received at the ranch office 90 days prior to arrival to receive refunds.  Refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee per package - per person.
